Excellent all-electric injection molding machine with only approximately 18,000 hours on it. Brand-new screw and barrel. Floodwaters got into bottom case. Selling for salvage. I am sure the machine can be fixed with the right knowledge and parts being replaced. Everything worked prior to the river water getting up into the electronics, and power was removed prior to the water intrusion. We have attempted to fix it on our own, but Cincinnati service is not local to this area, and due to time and cost constraints are now producing parts on other machines. We have been offered $15,000 for scrap value here locally, but we feel it would be worth more to someone that could either fix it, or has a compatible similar machine that could use the parts off this one directly. Note: New barrel and screw have plastic inside that will have to be removed. Here are more specs of the machine...others located on  Die height minimum: 11.8 inches Die height maximum: 25.6 inches Maximum daylight: 49.1 inches Clamp stroke: 23.5 inches Tie bar spacing: 28 inches Platen size: 36 inches x 36 inches Toggle Clamp Barrel Diameter: 56 mm Shot Size: 21.6 ounces, 604.8 g (styrene) Machine is located in Longmont, CO 80501 I would expect you will have to spend $750 to rig it from our facility to a truck (flatbed).
