This is one pallet 340 pcs (1,360 sq ft) of 24"x24" vinyl quartz tile. .10 per sq ft. tan color with marbleization. these are factory seconds and some will have slight surface or color blemishes but are still very functional in both use and appearance with most pcs apparantly nothing wrong. Vinyl quartz tile is a very heavy duty tile designed for high use commercial areas. quartz tile is a vinyl composition where the aggregate is quartz or sand. this creates and very dense flooring with a very low absorption rate much less likely to stain than standard vinyl composition tile. it is a matt finish that can be used as it is or a wax and sealers can be used for a super shiney finish as any wax put on it stays on top of it rather than soaking in. you will find this tile in Hospitals , grocery stores, anywhere where things like shopping carts will be rolling across it . hospitals like it for a super shiney gloss finish when wax is applied. and also the low absorption rate does not let liquids soak in to it as much a vinyl composition. much less likely to stain. and is very very durable . SHIPPING IS NOT FREE FOR THIS ITEM because of the heavy weight and the incredibly low price of the tile the shiiping cost will probably cost more than I am selling tile for. if you will call me with your shipping address and whether it is a business or residential and if you have a fork lift, I will calculate the cheapest freight rate I can find.
