Colors have been "vividized" so that you get a bright color. Color concentrations never exceed the limits set down by Food & Drug Administration GMP directions. There are 14 colors/flavors we offer in the Ready-to-Use Flossugar: Pink Vanilla, Cherry Red, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, Grape, Lemon, Orange, Bubble Gum (pink), Watermelon, Banana, Sassy Apple (light green), Pina Colada, plus the 2 NEW FLAVORS Sizzlin’ Lemon-Sour and Razzleberry-Sour (blue) The Flossugar is packed in sealed 3.5 lb. cartons. (Looks like and opens like a 1/2 gallon milk carton). Open the box and pour into the spinner head - no messy mixing or unsanitary sugar buckets. Inventory is easy and more accurate. NOTE: Of course, we sell the Flossine (the powder concentrate used by virtually all the midway operators. (Two tablespoons of that concentrate to 10 lbs of pure cane sugar or mix however much you need). .Just do a search for Flossine. Flossine is great for mixing just what you need, recap the can to use more later. Store the mixed sugar as you would brown sugar and if it gets hard just put in blender for a second or two at a time - you do not want the blender blades to get hot as they will melt the sugar. Short bursts of the blender is what you want. You're all set so keep as many different colors/flavors on hand as you can!
