Features The 3B Scientific A23 adult human skull model has colored and numbered sections for easy identification of cranial features, and contains over 140 anatomical details. The model?s left side is colored to display muscle origins (red) and insertions (blue), and its right side is numbered to identify cranial bones and structures. The A20 dissembles into three parts?skull cap, skull base, and mandible--for convenient display. The mandible is spring mounted to demonstrate natural movement. The A20 has an original human skull cast to provide accurate representation of fissures, foramina, processes, and sutures, and each tooth is individually cast to provide realistic dentition. The model is handmade of plastic for durability. Anatomical models are typically used as educational aids in medical and scientific classroom and office settings.
