The model dissembles into six parts for effective demonstration, and is mounted on a bony orbit base that presents the eyeball in its natural position. The F15 is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, which is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength. PVC resists reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons.
