This muscle skeleton is a great addition to any anatomy or biology classroom. The model is 75.8 inches in length and weighs 21.98 lbs. I purchased this model while I was completing medical school and it served me extremely well for anatomy, anatomy cadaver dissection, muscle physiology, and sports medicine classes. It is not a cheap model but was manufactured in Germany. All parts are in excellent condition EXCEPT one item that was torn: "Spare Hip Ligament" for models A12, A12/1, A13, A13/1 at $47 from 3B Scientific. They sell an adhesive for $38, which is ridiculously overpriced. A better product is: "Miracle Glue" for $16 and comes in a 20 gram size and has a refrigerated shelf life of at least 2 years. I've used the glue for diverse applications, including bonding together carbon fiber, plastic parts, and aluminum. I've never used any other adhesive that comes close to matching its bonding abilities to practically any material. In addition, should you ever need replacement parts in the future, 3B sells every part including replacement hardware. Important update: I repaired the torn rubber ligament, which was torn in 3 areas. The glue worked perfectly. The tear lines are still visible, but the ligaments are fully functional again and bear the weight of the skeleton's leg without any issues. See the added image. I own many 3B products, including other full skeleton models, and I told them that I never liked their plastic stands. They've finally listened.
