This is an overhead light projector that folds up into a convenient case to take anywhere needed. The portable design is also perfect to store without taking up space. There is a on-off switch on the front for the light; comes with bulb which works great. There are some scuffs from use and is missing one rubber insert for the foot; seen in photo. Payment and Shipping Details I charge actual shipping, if shipping is high, it is because of the high postal rates, I have no control over this! In some cases if an item is very fragile I may charge $1.00 handling fee to cover packing materials. In the case of flat rate shipping, the buyer must pay the flat rate which may be less or more than the actual shipping depending on the shipping destination. By bidding on the item, that indicates that you agree to these terms. I ship within 2 business days or less in most cases. Some auctions will state Parcel Post shipping to keep down cost. Parcel Post takes up to 10 days! I have no control over the transit time! If faster shipping is desired, please request USPS Priority shipping if it is not the default. Shipping choices and prices will be listed on the auction page.I must be contacted within 48 hours with either payment or email contact. I will gladly work with the buyer if there are circumstances which led to non-payment; but no contact proclaims that the buyer will not, or does not want to proceed with the transaction. After 48 hours without contact, I will no longer guarantee the items availability. If payment is made after 3 days without previous contact or special arrangements, at my discretion I may either return payment to the buyer, or accept payment and complete the transaction.
