This is the 3M 255L Stikit Gold Film Disc Roll made of durable aluminum oxide. The disc features an open coat construction and a loading resistant coating. The tear-resistant film backing provides a consistent finish on many surfaces, making it a good choice for most wood species. The Stikit adhesive backing allows for easy application and removal, while the convenient roll form eliminates the need to remove disc liners from individual discs. These qualities make it a better choice for random orbital sanders, resulting in a more aggressive cut and longer life. The disc roll is available in a diameter of 5 inches and comes in gold.
