These are brand new, however was acquired through a warehouse sale in which they were either unclaimed, or damaged. This was in a box that was damaged, so 3" core may not be exactly round. It is not visually noticeable on the core, but the 3" holder may notice it. May or may not show signs of damage throughout, but not worse than what is shown. May or may not be fully covered with plastic, one shown has a area torn on outer plastic, therefore shows some warehouse dust on edges. These have not been sitting around for a long period of time, so are fresh, so to speak. If your purchasing more than one, please request a invoice for shipping prior to purchase, so I can revise it for the correct qty/weight.
