Unit looks good and doesnt appear to have any damage beside normal marks and scratches for a used item. The carpal tunnel mechanism function fine, the endoscope look good and when i hook an LED light source on it, i was able to see through it with the naked eye but clean up wouldnt hurt. It includes 4 additional instruments: One 3M cat. 81027 hamate finder, one V.mueller OS 1182 instrument, one Storz n-5176 instrument one ISC instrument. Also included is a stainless tray, 3M 81019 case for the video endoscope. Sold as-is. What is described here and seen in the pictures are all that is included and nothing else.
