This was at a government surplus sale, maintained in good condition... since I have no way to test these, they are as is, though nearly everything I get from the auction is in working condition. We will do everything we can to make your transaction perfect. On a very light turntable, for instance, the weight (a mere 8 lbs packed) in combination with the size of the box I anticipate I'll need to ship cross country (24x24x12) results in a shipping charge on UPS of nearly $24 just to ship across the street, because of a billable rate of 42 pounds.
