Comes in original box with all original accessories. 3M Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope is an outstanding, versitile stethoscope that features two patented, tunable diaphragms ( adult and pediatric ) for listening to both low and high frequency sounds. Designed for acoustical excellence, "two-tubes-in-one design" eliminates noise artifact that can be created by the tubes rubbing together. The pediatric side of the chestpiece easily converts to a traditional bell by simply replacing the diaphragm with the nonchill bell sleve included with each stethoscope. Product features a solid stainless steel chestpiece, nonchill rims, adjustable double-leaf binaural spring and patented littmann soft-sealing eartips. Features The only dual-sided chestpiece in the Cardiology line provides versatile auscultation for both adult and pediatric patients Two tunable diaphragms respond with a simple pressure change to capture low and high-frequency sounds Expand versatility by converting pediatric side to open bell for low frequencies, using the nonchill bell sleeve (included) Two-in-one tube design (dual lumen) eliminates noise interference from two external tubes rubbing together Anatomically designed headset is angled to meet the path of the ear canal
