3M-Matic 800 AF Automatic Adjustable Case Sealer Located on each side of the 3M-Matic™ Automatic Adjustable Case Sealer 800af traction-grip drive belts center and stabilize boxes for consistently accurate taping. Flaps are also automatically folded and sealed for productivity of up to 28 cases/minute. Height and width can be easily adjusted for a wide range of RSCs. Box capacities Length: 6" to 30" (152mm to 762mm) Width*: 4.75" to 21.5" (121mm to 546mm) Height: 4.75" to 24.5" (121mm to 622mm) Weight: 5-85 lbs. (3-38 kg) Features include: • Dual masts and dual crossbars for taping head stability • Gear motor drives for dependability with cases up to 85 pounds (38 kg) • Integrated box gate (indexer) with adjustable pressure and height to separate boxes from flooded infeed conveyor • Top flap compression rollers to close flaps for an improved seal • One centrally-located emergency stop on each side for quick and easy access • Safety-interlocked hinged access doors with steel screen for viewing case flow • Designed for use with 36-48mm (1.5"-2") Scotch® Box Sealing Tapes; 800af3 is designed for 48-72mm (2"-3") Scotch® Box Sealing Tapes Options: Locking casters, infeed and exit conveyors, low tape indicator, tape application monitor This item can be picked up in Danville, KY 40422 or you can arrange your own pre-paid freight and we will palletize and load it at no additional charge.
