Buyers seeking to return items must contact Goodwill Central Texas for Return Authorization prior to initiating any return. • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives in a condition significantly different than described in the listing. • Refunds issued for items damaged in transit by the postal carrier will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us for information about a refund. • All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Payments • Paypal is the only method of Payment we accept, no exceptions. • Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. • Items left unpaid for more than 7 days are eligible to be relisted or have an unpaid item claim filed. • Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax on item and shipping charges.
