We bought too many of these 3M respirator kits and need to sell some.  Our loss is your gain, this is an amazing bargain and these will sell fast at this price.  Our price is $175 for each kit, they retail for over $1,200 each. This package includes the mask, air pump, mesh weight distrubuting vest and a very nice 3M padded case. Filters or battery are not included, they generally have expiration dates, so we have decided not to include them.  These kits appear to be new / like new.  These are military grade with the deluxe 3M padded case, not the type where you turn the bag inside out and wear it as a vest, or the type where you wear the air supply on a belt.  There are several of both types on Ebay, it's a cool idea to have the bag double as a vest, but if you ever really need to use this system, you won't want to be wearing the bag as a vest, it's too heavy, uncomfortable and the fabric does not breathe...it's hot, and if you're wearing a Tychem suit too, you'll be warm enough.  And as far as wearing the air supply on your belt, that's not an ideal situation either.  The 3M padded case keeps everything isolated and secure.  There are compartments for all of the equipmend including the battery and filters (not included).  Another advantage of the case over the bag style kit is that the mask lens is protected in the case.  In the bag style kit, everything is flopping around and the lens gets scratched, etc. Depending on what type of filter you use (there are alot of options) they are effective for some very, very nasty applications. These are professional grade military surplus and current technology.  If you have any interest at all in being totally prepared, don't count on paper dust masks designed for sanding and painting, get the real deal here, right now. I have (4) available.
