3M Scotchlite  3871 HIGH INTENSITY GRADE REFLECTIVE TAPE 2 ft X 50 yrds 85% OFF RETAIL-- RETAIL IS OVER $2,200 NEW AND UNOPENED -- STORED IN A CLEAN DRY WAREHOUSE 3M™ High Intensity Grade Reflective Sheeting 3871 Yellow, 24 in x 50 yd   Durable, highly reflective, wide angle, encapsulated lens sheeting, with pressure sensitive adhesive backing, for permanent-type traffic control and guidance signs and delineators. At least three (3) times brighter than conventional enclosed lens reflective sheeting, Series 3870 sheeting is effective in lighted areas with moderately high speed limits and levels of surround light. It is clearly visible at viewing angles of 30 degrees or more, so signs positioned at wide angles to approaching traffic or misaligned due to impact or age can be seen, providing added reaction time for a safer response. Series 3870 sheeting carries 3M's MCS™ (matched component system) warranty and is an extremely cost-effective signing material. Screen process with Scotchlite series 880 process color.
