3pc 5C Collet Stop Set American Made. Extended 5C Collet Stop Set for Hardinge Lathes, Chuckers, Mills, CNC, and others. Note: Easily and Accurately locate parts 7/8” diameter or smaller in any standard 5C collet with internal and external threads (Extender Tube I.D. is .900") 5C Collet Stop’s and Extender Tubes fit inside a 5C spindle with a minimum 1-1/16” I.D. For use with 5C collet’s (not supplied) of the standard type with I.D. and O.D. threads. Collet stop can be used directly with 5C Collet’s’ What you get: Set Includes: One 1/2" x 4" Machinable Adjuster Rod, with 5C Flange Nut and 1/2 ” - 20 TPI jam nut. Rod had straight screwdriver slot for fine adjustment. One 4" long Extender Tube which can be combined with additional optional tubes for additional lengths. A thru hole is provided for easy tightening and removal. Adjuster rod is locked firmly in position by tightening jam nut against threaded tube flange nut which has 13/16" milled flats. One 5C Collet Wrench with protective vinyl handle. 5C Collet’s (not supplied) are tightened with Collet Wrench and open end wrench (not supplied).
