Here are some specs: The pitcher has 50 oz capacity, made of 18/8 commercial grade stainless steel This pitcher is about 6.5" tall. We also have the 12oz combo, 20oz combo, 33 oz pitcher combo and 60oz combo in the store. (20 oz pitcher is 4.5" tall) The candy/fry/frothing thermometer is made of stainless steel. 5.5 inch long. The reading surface is 2 inch in diameter. Thermometer reading range: 100 F to 400 F. Perfect temperature for steam milk is between 140 F to 160 F. Boiling water is about 212F. Coffee spoon is 11" long with a red tip on the handle. All items are NSF approved. New in their original packaging.
