3x 445nm laser diodes (5.6mm TO-18 )  are extracted from a brand new or slightly used laser-based DLP projector.  it can output up to 2 Watts with proper heat sinking. But, I recommend 1.4 - 1.7W or less for the longest life (Typical current is 1.22A - 1.44A) The constant current driver is highly recommended. Each diode is tested prior to shipment, and is packed in a sealed antistatic bag. Please be sure to observe proper ESD safety practices when handling them. And please be sure opertor has enough DIY and electronics experience I recommend  :   - Never solder to the bare diode.  Always first install the diode in a heatsink .    - Use a small ESD-safe soldering iron   - max 5 seconds soldering time for per pin. Caution:The laser safety goggles must be worn when operating this diode   Note:   No returns accepted and without warranty. Because laser diodes are sensitive electronic components.  (risk for high current or  ESD) Ship to worldwide via airmail with tracking number
