Width, Length:      31 mm (heatsink, exc. clip) Heigth:             10 mm Material:           6063 Aluminium Finish:             Black anodize Mfg. echnology:     Forging Thermal resistance: < 4 °C/W (air flow 200 LFM) These are versatile high quality heatsinks manufactured by MALICO Japan. Heatsinks are shipped with Talon clip and thermal conductive Silicone-Graphite pad underneath. The clip and the pad could easily be removed in order to glue the heatsink onto differently sized chips, discrete semiconductors or power LEDs: The item is NOS, so some cosmetic imperfections can occur, nevertheless they are 100% good as for its specs and functionality.
