They are sold as pictured and as-is. Please ask all your questions before placing your bid. Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described. Shipping will be within the 48 contiguous United States, and buyers from international locations, Alaska, and Hawaii, must contact TestWorld for the S&H rate before bidding. Customs, duties, and Import Taxes for items shipped overseas are the buyer's responsibility. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO delivery is available.
