Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Used to "turn" hamburgers, chicken, meat, eggs, etc. Use on the griddle, grill or in a pan. This line of Turners is Heavy Duty and will stand up to the rigors of a professional kitchen. This turner is stamped 'factory seconds" as seen in the 7th photo. It was labeled a 'second' because there is a "Wave" on the blade. It is visible in the 6th photo.  The wave runs diagonally across the blade from left to right. It begins a little above the "X" in "Dexter".  Because this was in a bin with many other seconds, there are a number of surface scratches on the blade.
