4 Gallon Vat Pasteurizer + (2) added 4 gallon vats for sale (comes with pack of blank charts as well as a user manual). Purchased in February 2016. I bought this for my start up ice cream business going into wholesale, but due to other variables I am closing down my business by end of year.  The system works great, easy to use, legal to use for ice cream, yogurt, cheese making, etc (see below list). Perfect for small batch start up businesses that need to pasteurize per State Dept of Health! This unit has passed multiple inspections with the State.  Brand new this system cost $7,000 FROM MICRO DAIRY DESIGNS - great company and great to work with. You can buy any replacement parts from them and get any tech help as well!  A legal 4 gallon pasteurizer (3-A Approved) available with 220V heating elements PMO compliant 2 pen chart recorder with digital indicating thermometers, airspace heater, agitator, temperature controller Heating/Cooling tank with circulation pump for cooling milk after pasteurization Comes with 2 added 4 gallon vats - i.e. preheating in one, pasteurizing in another and cooling in the third. With this approach you may be able to do an additional 4 gallon batch every 45 to 60 minutes after the first batch is completed. What can I make with this system?
