Angled Stainless Steel Blade with White Polypropylene Handle. One-Piece Blade from Tip to Tip is hermetically sealed into the handle. Notice the metal thickness in photo #5. Unlike cheaper, flimsy  versions of this scrapper, because of it's thickness, this blade will not bend, fold, or crease.  When you buy the cheap ones, you end up throwing them away because they bend and/or break. In the end, the cheap ones cost you more money because you have to replace them so often. Made in America NSF CERTIFIED This scraper is brand new and unused.  It is stamped "factory seconds" and I bought it right at the factory.  It is a seconds because it has multiple minor surface scratches on the blade.  No more so than you would expect after about 5 or 10 minutes on a grille or griddle.
