The steel face plate is 1/4" thick & has a 3" diameter circle having 4 equally spaced screw mounting holes for mounting your wood to the plate. These screw holes are .200" diameter & are c'sunk to 1/2" diameter. The assembly is held together by (3) #10-24 socket flat head screws You get all the parts in the last picture.
