       I have spared no expense in buying the best quality products available, using FRP panels, 2 1/2 inch polyiso insulation  board with the best r values as well as the to name brands for quality.  I have included everything  you need to operate for  at least the first year. I have 7-8 gallons each of the General Hydroponics nutrient solution left over (micro, grow, and bloom), There is a home security system with motion and door sensors as well as the Lorax 4 HD camera system w/monitor  which links up with your smart phone and can monitor 24/7.25 gal w There is  full plumbing, RO filter, pre-sedimentary filter and additional 55 gal holding RO tank. There is also the biggest air filter the ag shop carried and 5 big fans and 3 mid size fans, 8 hoods  8 ballast, and 16 total light bulbs, there is a 4 stage bubble seperation bags,(2x)- 12 trey drying sorting racks work bench, sub zero mini refrigerator, 15000 BTU air conditioner, and a lot of extra nic nacs ( like timers).         Using sun roof windows I can set back my hours of use for the (8)- 1000 watt lights by 12 hours every day. I run lights from 2 am to 8 am and the sun takes it from there, getting bigger growth with the sun too. this saves 66% power costs. Features also include a mega air to root infusion enhanced with oxygen, custom electrical work with variable outlets everywhere inside and out, all the fans run of a single switch and I have upgraded the lighting for 12 ballasts.  My watering system is a combination of folior (9 micron) spray mister and a spray water line for roots. With a two tier grow deck and room for upward growth I can fit more than 200 plants in there, use it strictly as a veg room and move 1800 through the year.      Folks I'm giving you a great piece of work.  I took a lot of time and research too, the materials I used protect from microbial life that otherwise might linger. Top notch equipment very slightly used, 1 1/2 seasons of grow.  I convert it over to a terrific dry and cure room in one days work.
