Choose from white or Gray. · The building will come complete with insulation for the roof and the walls. Insulation is a foil both sides with an EZ seal edge. The Roof R-value 11.18 and wall R-value 5.72. I’ll provide specs for this insulation for your reference. · You have 15 standard colors to choose from on your building which is “Energy Star Certified Color” I will also provide the specification for the color as well. · The sheathing panels are 26 gauges for roof and wall which is a vertical classic rib. The paint comes with a 45 year warranty against fading or peeling. · You also get a 60 year warranty on fasteners, not nails. It also comes with bolts, brackets, and color screws. · Our engineer building frame ranges from 16 gauges to 11 gauges which also includes columns, Rafters, Purlins, and Grits. Includes formed closure strips to keep the building nice and tight for air not to come through or go out and also keep the bugs out. · It will include the flashing, trim, ridge caps, and channels to keep the rain out of your building. · All anchor bolts and drill bits are included to drill into the foundation and saving you time and money when going to a hardware store when not provided with other competitors. · You also get (2) set of engineer blue prints for your state, including foundation plan.
