Varimixer W40 brand/model 40 qt planetary floor mixer. Has only been used in food facility. NSF certified. Fully serviced and in excellent working condition!!!!!!!! Newer model. This machine is a workhorse! Used in my commercial bakery which unfortunately closed recently. Optional accessories included are: 40 qt stainless steel mixer bowl, 40 qt stainless steel paddle attachment. 220V. *This mixer must be hardwired into your electrical outlet, it does not plug into a regular socket. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE. *BOWL SCRAPER AND BOWL TRUCK PICTURED BELOW ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS OFFER: W40 Commercial Mixer 40 Quart Mixing System VARIMIXER is a commercial planetary mixer with a variable speed drive system. The mixer frame consists of a column with welded-on feet, and a top traverse closed by a stainless steel cover The bowl is mounted in bowl arms which are manually raised and locked simultaneously - or lowered and opened, respectively. The column contains the motor and the bowl arm mechanism. The top traverse contains the transmission system consisting of the movable pulleys, the intermediate belt drive and the planetary head. Start and stop push buttons are mounted on a front plate along with the contactor for protecting the motor against overload. A 15 minute electrical timer with HOLD feature is standard on the W40. Mixing tools are mounted in a bayonet shaft in the planetary head.
