1 full factory original reel of 400 pieces, CTS brand part # SCXO23HG-2C-12.0MHZ . The "S" calls out surface mount, which on the CXO series is just a lead form taking a standard dip package device and flattening the leads. More details on that can be found CTS website. I suppose you could always use pliers and straighten the leads downward to use as regular through hole devices. Tristate output, +/- .01%, commercial temp range 0-70°.
