40x10 Commercial Modular Office w 120-240v box, Tires & Wheels Good, 3 Offices, 4 Windows, 3 Doors w locks...wood framer construction......no roof problems...no leaking.........We recommend professional building transport (see resource page) See photo of building overlapping onto the loading dock--the end metal piece was bent and the building overlaps onto the loading dock by about four inches--so the building has to be moved slightly to allow that end to go all the way down.....right not if the crates were taken out, the tires would be 20" off the ground........Tires will be aired up but they are probably in poor condition and will need to be replaced as they have been sitting for 15 years....Preparation for transport has to include removal of two door overhangs and the small air conditioning unit on the top.....though there is a tongue in front, this is not a hook up and pull deal----has to be lowered on crates DECAL CCA2294, ceiling tiles all good and in place, Middle Office is 10 foot and the two end offices are 15 foot, Ceiling is good,....interior is dirty but will spruce up with a good cleaning...wood panel walls are in good condition....carpet is in good condition with a few stains- but the dark gray doesn't show it....raised on cribs and jacks ...I measured the distance off the ground from 36" to 45" as it is placed on a slight ramp.....wheels and tongue are on....the mechanics shop will air up the tires and check them but they look good condition and have not been in the sun....2 Axels.....40" tongue....120/240 electrical box.....I found the Decal plate but can't make out manufacturer of trailer...........
