Premium Materials – We use 100% Oak, Cherry, and Birch hardwood plywood. This is the finest furniture grade 3/4 ” hardwood plywood with laminated veneer cores, no particle board EVER. Expert Craftsmanship - Our shop has a combined 60 plus years of experience delivering exact tolerance cabinet fabrication, and the same precision goes into every unit we produce. Construction Method – Our shelves are glued, nailed, and we incorporate rigid pocket fasteners that ensure generations of performance. All units are strong enough to be mounted directly on the wall. Our acrylic tops are completely supported on all 4 sides of the shelf. Frosted acrylic tops - We use 1/8” frosted acrylic especially designed for LED lighting to maximize the light intensity from LED light strips. It provides 98.5% light transmission, but softens the LED source preventing “hot spots”. Even loaded with full bottles, our shatter resistant acrylic top will not deflect under pressure. Finish Options - We offer near endless color options including 34 stain colors, or simple double black lacquer. All finishes are spayed in house and are rated as “submersible” by our supplier. Lighting Options – We use top rated 50/50 RGB LED lights with the standard 44 button remote control. These lights sip energy (less than 4 watts), and do not produce heat. While rated at 50,000+ hours of continuous use, we are so confident of their performance, we offer a lifetime guarantee on the lighting system. It’s important to note all of our light strips are the same distance away from the bottles so each level has the same light intensity. The remote allows you to change colors, flash, fade, and create custom configurations. In-Stock materials - We stock oak, cherry, and birch wood species, LED light kits, and frosted Plexiglas tops. All standard and custom orders will be manufactured within 7 days or less. Many common size units are prebuilt, and only need stain and finish prior to shipping. Accessories - Match additional items needed for your bar like wine storage or display cabinets, stemware holders, or other barware accessories. We use only hardwood plywood, not particle board that is fully of dangerous chemicals like cancer causing Formaldehyde. Our acrylic tops are only 1/8” due to properly supported frames.
