We provide a 30 day warranty against items that are dead-on-arrival (DOA). Warranty does not include damage by user. If unit is found non-functional within the 30 day period (starts on the date the item is shipped) buyer must notify TDX Tech of deficiency immediately. TDX Tech will determine whether the unit needs to be returned. A replacement unit will be shipped to the buyer. If a replacement unit is unavailable the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The initial shipping/handling charge is non-refundable If determined that the defective unit needs to be returned to TDX Tech, the buyer will only be obligated to repack and ship the item to TDX Tech. Returns do not apply to items being sold AS-IS. Payment Terms Only Paypal or major credit card at the time of purchase are acceptable forms of payment. Sales Tax We have a business presence within all 50 states and Canada. Therefore, we are obligated to pay your local sales tax.
