Power requirement is 120/240 V. Great for use as an on site temporary or permanent office, a training area, car dealer office, sales office, and many more uses. The interior would be yours to modify according to your. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally within a 100 mile radius of unit location, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, and a Certificate of Origin is available. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit is sold as-is as pictured. Unit must be picked up on weekdays before 2 P.M. to allow for hookup and paperwork. Current location is Lockport, IL 60441. You are welcome to come and see the trailer prior to bidding.
