Polycarbonate Tubing This tubing works well for making LED whips.  Perfect for applications including sight glasses, medical devices, electronics packaging, LED tubing, flow lines, and more. For the clarity of glass and impact resistance, polycarbonate tubing is an excellent choice. Polycarbonate provides extraordinary design and fabrication opportunities. Made from UV approved materials and UL Rated. Polycarbonate has high tensile strength over wide temperature range and high impact strength - even at low temperatures. It has excellent high temperature resistance, and is flame-resistant and self-extinguishing. Can be machined, drilled, cut and sawed and is easily joined with solvents or adhesives. Exceptionally high-impact strength over a wide range of temperatures 200x stronger than glass and 25x stronger than acrylic Good optical clarity (88% light transmittance) Higher chemical resistance than acrylic Excellent dimensional stability
