Customers’ will receive certain amount of monetary compensations if the quality of the machines is significantly different from the contract agreement. Since Ideacter is based in US, our customers should have no worries of wiring payment to overseas without any protections; moreover, the support will be much faster and better if there were any problems with the machines. We firmly believe customer service and support are as important as how machines perform. First, with every machine, there is lifetime free support. Technicians would deliver on-site service such as helping buyer install and run the machines free of charge (buyer would pay for air fare and lodging cost, only full size commercial machines are qualify for free on-site service). All parts and workmanships are guaranteed per the contract agreement (excluding consumable parts, accessories, and replacement parts such as laser tubes). The warranty is for one year and includes defective parts or equipment, given the defects is not caused by human errors. The limited warranty only covers the cost of parts, excluding the cost of transportation or other charges.
