An affordable CNC solution from Performance CNC Router Systems CNC milled rack and pinion drive system makes for a very accurate router table, with 0 backlash. Cuts wood, MDF, plexiglass and aluminium. Along with oversize stepper motors and microstepping drivers, gives awsome performance.  We only use very high quality components that are for heavy duty use. This gives our machines a very long service life. Cutting speeds in excess of 300 in/min, rapid speeds 500 in/min with never a missed step.  Built of aluminum with adjustable leveling feet on 3 foot legs. T slot MDF table. Maximum cutting area is 96x48 inches. Comes with Porter Cable 1.75 HP router. If you would like the Porter Cable 2-1/4 HP variable speed router add $100.00 Integrated computer with evaluation version of Mach3 preconfigered to run router system. Also completly callibrated. No need for buyer to set up Mach3. Controller with emergency stop and relay router start that is triggered by the M3 command in your Gcode. 17 inch monitor with stand-swing arm is included. Also a dust proof key board. If you would like one of our very effective acrylic dust shoes add $80.00. Each unit has been assembled, tested and debugged. Easy reassembly takes a couple of hours. Shipping by UPS 5 day. Rotary 4th axis attachment for 3D work now available for $450.00 We also build custom sizes and configerations. There is no customs or duties or taxes for any US buyers. Buyers are responsible for a small UPS broakerage fee on cross border shipments upon dilivery. [ this usually about $36.00]
