This listing is for a 5 24' steel trusses only This is not a full building kit. Steel trusses are stronger than wood and won't rot or burn, they are easier to install than wood trusses and allow more clearance on the gable end of your building. These trusses are usually placed on 10 and 12' on center but in high snow load areas you may want to consider 8' or even 5' on center. The pictures here are just a few of "our" projects completed. We have sold more than 1000 buildings and at least 50 on here. We are now trying to sell truss only packages to service more customers. These trusses are in halves and are bolted together onsite. This makes them easier to transport. We came up with a way to crate them and ship them in a box truck which is something I wouldn't do before due to too many damage complaints. The shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but we will help to determine the weight and dimensions so that you can get an accurate estimate from either Uship.com or freightquote.com. The pallet for these trusses would be 18' long x 3' wide x 3' tall weight 1200lbs. We have had a lot of luck with Uship. I shipped a whole building to California for $400 once. Please note the trusses are engineered but do not come with a wet engineering stamp for your state however we do have truss drawings stamped for Ga,Sc,Al, and a few others that usually satisfy most building officials.
