This brand new mannequin/manikin/dummy model MD09 is an exclusivity of our company. We designed and patent it. Our uniquely designed small sized MD09 mannequin was created for displays requiring certain body types or historical figures. For vintage costumes, uniforms and clothing, smaller mannequins are needed... people are much taller than they used to be. Our MD09 mannequin is different from conventional retail store mannequins, which usually have a over-sized stature and are too tall. The majority of retail store mannequins do not allow for small size uniforms or clothes. Our MD09 mannequin does. It is truly a unique mannequin designed for collectors and museums. The MD09 mannequin skin texture is slightly grainy, thus more lifelike. The fingers of the polyurethane hands can be slightly bend when dipped in hot water (thermo-formable). The hands can also rotate. Every dimension has been designed to fit vintage or small size uniforms and clothes: shoulder width, waist size, neck girth, calf and thigh diameter. Dimensions: - Height = 5'9" (176 centimeters) - Head girth = 21 inches (55 centimeters) - Neck girth = 14 inches (36 centimeters) - Sleeve length = 30 inches (76 centimeters) --> allows for a shirt US size 14 X 30 and up. - Shoulder width = 17 inches (43 centimeters) --> allows for a jacket/coat US size 34 and up. - Chest/bust measurement = 34 inches (87 centimeters) - Waist measurement = 32 inches (81 centimeters). - Inseam measurement = 34 inches (86 centimeters) - Foot length = 9.5 inches (25 centimeters) --> allows for men shoes US size 7 and up. The MD09 mannequin feet are designed for men shoes from US size 7 an up (European size 38). The mannequin shown in the pictures is wearing WW2 US buckle boots size 7D. In the great majority of displays, this well balanced mannequin will stand on its own, and no rods will be needed. No rods were used in the display of the uniform seen below. The mannequins are delivered with a glass base, calf and foot rods. Additional mannequins available upon request. Mannequin will be shipped USPS Parcel Select (Parcel Post) fully insured in a sturdy double walled cardboard box size 43" X 16" X 15" Other shipping options available.
