The Pneudri MiDAS DAS2 operates most efficiently at temperatures ranging from 35F to 122F and an ambient temperature of up to 131F. It runs on a power supply of 115V / 1 / 60 and operates quietly, with noise levels below 75 dB(A). To ensure you get the best results from your dryer, we have included a brochure with detailed correction factors. The nominal flow rating of the dryer assumes standard operating conditions of 100 PSIG and 95F; use our chart to determine the capacity of the dryer at non-standard operating conditions. The chart will help you pick the operating pressure and inlet temperature nearest to your application, and then multiply the nominal rating by the corresponding factor to calculate the new rating. For instance, if running the dryer at 95F and 58 PSIG, the correction factor is 0.63. Therefore, the dryer will be rated at 5 SCFM x 0.63 = 3.15 SCFM.
