Our exclusive 64 durometer blade is the ultimate all-purpose everyday blade for The Ergo-Force squeegee handle. Our Purple-Ergo-Blade features the industry’s first “Best Before” date. The date is printed permanently onto every blade which provides an accurate means of determining the age of your blades. Outdated blades can now be removed from your production process before they begin to cause problems. Our unique 64A blade will transfer more ink than a 70A blade, resulting in more opaque prints on dark garments. The 64A blade will also do a much better job when printing a color on top of a white under base. Because our 64A blade will deposit a thicker layer of ink than a standard 70A blade, you can often use a finer mesh count providing greater control while holding better detail.
