Up for sale are some 5-gallon kegs/casks/cylinders.....call them what you will.  These extremely diverse containers are made of 304 stainless steel and have what appears to be a PTFE (teflon) gasket, 12" diameter x 17" tall.  They were originally used for shipping capacitor electrolyte which is highly water soluble. I have thoroughly cleaned them and they should be totally residue free.  I use them for brewing beer; however, what you use them for is entirely up to you.  The connections are 1/8" male NPT for the pressure (gas) port, 1/4" male NPT for the liquid side.  As you can see, they have a cap to protect the fittings, which are not included. The UN markings are 1A1/X1.3/250/11, which means they are steel closed top containers (1A1).  You can use them for shipping dangerous goods/hazardous materials up to Packing Group I (most dangerous) with a maximum liquid specific gravity of 1.3 (X1.3).  Their maximum rated pressure is 250 kilopascals (about 36 psi) and they were made in China in 2011. Best offer option is ONLY available if you're buying more than 1. If you want more than 1, I might be able to save you on shipping.  Also if you live in Van Buren, Maine, which is as far away as it gets, shipping will be about 50 bucks.  If you live in Los Angeles, it will only be around 21 bucks.  Inquire before paying or use the shipping calculator and I'll invoice you for what it's going to cost me.  If I can find packing materials, and I frequently can, I'll waive the $6 handling charge.  I'm not trying to make money on shipping, but these things are heavy....around 19 pounds apiece and I'll probably have to buy boxes and cushions.  ....and on a 50 dollar item, I'm not looking to take a loss on shipping either. Free shipping for local pickup (of course).
