(This drum is also good for roasting Barley for Beer making; and good for roasting other types of grains and seeds ... inquire before ordering if using drum for such). Drum is custom made to fit your current rotisserie rod and tines you use in your bbq grill (rotisserie rod, tines, and BBQ grill shown in drum pictures is not included with this offer. If you do not currently have a rotisserie rod a suggestion is the very popular Char Broil Premium Universal one by Char Broil). AGAIN, rotisserie rod, tines, and BBQ grill shown in drum pictures is not included with this offer. Drum dimensions are: 16" in length by 7" in diameter. Drum has 8" diameter 20 gauge type 304 Stainless Steel end cap plates. Drum cage is made from heavy duty 20 gauge perforated (1/8" diameter perforations) aluminum sheet and has 3 interior aluminum fins that run the entire 16" in drum length and rise 3/4" each into drum interior. All riveted construction. Drum is professionally made by a metal craftsman well versed in the art of coffee roaster drum construction. After you order a quick email note will be sent to you asking you about your current rotisserie rod so that the drum can be made to fit it. Operating manual provided with drum shows you how to roast raw coffee beans, raw peanuts, cacao beans, or raw chiles. Please look at all pictures of drum shown at the top of this page.
