EGGS WILL BE HELD AT THE POST OFFICE FOR PICK UP UNLESS YOU REQUEST OTHERWISE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE HATCH RATE OF THE EGGS YOU WILL RECEIVE! Your results will be anywhere from 0%-100%. You are bidding on EGGS not chicks! What we cannot control: -Shipping conditions (i.e. rough handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, delays, x-ray machines) -Conditions under which you incubate your eggs (including equipment failure and negligence). -Abrupt and unpredicted changes in mating and egg laying. -Knowing if a particular egg was actually fertilized at the time of lay without cracking it open, rendering the egg useless as a hatching egg. What we can control: -putting up auctions only for breeds that we ourselves are currently hatching successfully. -Closely monitoring environmental conditions that would cause reduced fertility. -Keeping an appropriate rooster to hen ratio based on activity level of individual breeds. -Shipping fresh intact eggs -Clearly marking egg boxes for the postal service to avoid possible rough handling, extreme temperatures and x-ray machines. Have your equipment ready and in working condition before you place your bid. You are responsible for properly incubating your eggs. Eggs will ship as soon as we can fill the order. DO NOT USE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES PROVIDED BY EBAY. We do not enter those estimated dates! You do not select your ship date for eggs and we do NOT sell hatching eggs in advance. Hatching eggs are perishable. I can occasionally combine shipping on a 5+ order. I can also double your order sometimes. Please message me prior to payment if you will want to double or combine so I can send an invoice. Payment should be made promptly after the auction closes to prevent delay in shipping the freshest eggs possible. Requests for upgrading the shipping to USPS Priority Express must be made prior to paying your invoice. Any requests made to upgrade the shipping after payment is sent CANNOT be honored. Your copy of the NPIP VS form 9-3 will be included with your eggs We will file a copy with the state. This is required. HAWAII: Yes we ship to Hawaii and do all the permit for you for no extra charge. Please be aware it does take around 2 weeks to get a permit thru and received back so I can ship. Your order will be delayed until I receive the permit back from Hawaii. Without The permit Hawaii will turn eggs and chicks right back around and send them back. So we do it right the first time.
