This pair of Large Face-mill Cutter Heads are true heavy duty cutter head set. I am not sure the carbide insert number these heads require, but I am sure they are modern types on the Market today. Each Large 5.750 diameter head has 10 pockets for 4-turn indexable Carbide inserts. Ingersoll Part Number..5N6JC6R01 80560-H Pilot Face is 4.875 in.- Pilot Bore is 2.0 in.- Keyway on pilot is .750 in.- Recess step for pilot mount on cutter face is 2.625 in.- Cutter diameter (insert to insert point) 5.750 in. The Chrome Plated High Speed Ingersoll Cutter head is 3.875 diameter with 6 pockets for 4 turn indexable carbide inserts. Balanced at 2850RPM. Ingersoll Part Number 5N2V04R01 75374-C. Pilot Face is 3.812.- Pilot Bore is 1.500.- Keyway on pilot is .625 in. and 3/4 mount bolt diameter.- Cutter Diameter (insert to insert point) 3.875 in. The Carbaloy Cutter has the same pilot mount face as the High Speed Ingersoll except a smaller diameter pilot face measuring at 3.125 in. diameter. It is a 6 pocket, 4-turn adjustable insert with a 4inch (insert to insert) point cutter diameter. The inserts on it are 220 type. Carbaloy Part Number 415 B220,33/69-04.00C. This is the only on of these 5 which shows some sign of use. The smaller Ingersoll Cutter has a 1.875 cutter face with a 1.250 diameter pocketed shank. There are 5 pockets for 2 turn Ingersoll APEH64R01 inserts, which are mounted and never used. The cutter Ingersoll Part Number is 12J1E20871R01. This cutter has never been used as well. I will offer a full refund if these are not what I say they are. I bought these at a auction but never bought a Mill capable of running these cutters. This is a great set of cutters for a mill using #60 taper tool holders and will provide many years of work. All the Ingersoll Cutters show no sign of use and the Carbaloy has minimal wear signs. All insert screws are like new. Will ship USPS fully insured and tracked. MY price reflects a break even starting price for me, but new these cutters will easily run a couple thousand dollars or more.
