5pcs Sublimation Metal Plate These Metal Plates with an individual metal insert which coated with a special coating for heat transfer using a flat heat press, and they are suitable for making individual permanent images. Any of your favorite images, text information or symbols will be free for printing. We have five size of sublimation metal plate now, 4", 6", 8", 10" and Ellipse metal plate. These metal plates are made of stainless steel material. Metal inserts are covered evenly with a layer of film, so you should peel it off before you press an image on the sublimation plate. Tips: Print mirror image. Before pressing an image on the sublimation plate, please peel off the protective removable film from the sublimation plate surface. The Instruction for pressing an image on one side: -First, peel off the protective removable film from the sublimation plate surface. -Print your favourite image to the transfer paper. Place your pattern and the sublimation plate. Make sure the pattern is placed below the sublimation plate, face up. Tip: Print mirror image. The print size of your pattern should be slightly larger than the size of the metal, so that the pattern after heat press is full in size. -Switch on. Set temperature of heat press machine at 180C (356F) and time in 80-120 seconds. The temperature & time are not absolute, you should adjust them according to the actual conditions. The mode and rate should all be “0”. After getting all settings right, press “RUN” to start. TIP: Keep handle open when the machine is heating up. -Press down the heat platen after the machine reach preset temperature. The meter begin to count down. Pull up the handle lightly( to prevent from image cutback caused by image transplacement) when you hear the alarm.
