Description The Quantum Scale Printer System is perfect for your over-the-counter weighing applications. This state-of-the-art weighing system can handle a broad variety of products for deli, bakery, produce, fish and cheese departments. It can also function in a Prepack Scale mode when necessary. The easy-to-use control panel allows for productive operation. All necessary operator data appears on the screen, and Function Keys (F1–F8) provide easy access to PLU information. The system can store information on thousands of products; including NutriFacts which allows you to meet labeling law requirements and Expanded Text for Recipes and Cooking Instructions. Labels are not included. A new feature with the Quantum is Flashkeys which allow easy access to product information. A maximum of 16 Flashkeys can be displayed on a screen at one time. Multiple screens can be programmed to mirror your product case. When an item is called up from memory, the product information can be reviewed or changed before weighing or label printing. This allows quicker and easier service to your customers. About the Scales These scales were purchased from a Fortune 500 grocery chain where they were continually maintained by the manufacturer. All scales have been professionally tested and refurbished in order to provide many years of service. They are well packaged in custom made foam packing for shipment and guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. Eagle has sold hundreds of these scales to satisfied customers around the world. We have hundreds of scales available and they are representative pictures. Payment We accept PayPal. Buyer must pay within 7 days after the auction ends. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will report an unpaid item dispute with eBay. Unfortunately, since Eagle Capital has offices located in CA and WA, sales made to both states will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Warranty All items in this auction are covered by a 30 day warranty that guarantees the items will be in the condition stated in the auction. To be eligible for a refund/return you must meet the following qualifications:The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We must receive the item within 10 days of reporting the problem. All items included must be returned. The customer must include the original invoice and a description of the problem with a contact name and phone number. The item must be returned in the condition that the customer received it. The item was not disassembled or modified in any way. The make, model and serial number must match the exact records from the original shipment. A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund and/or exchange of non-defective items. If the item is defective, a restocking fee will not apply. If an exchange is approved we will ship a replacement unit within 5 business days. If a refund is approved we will refund any fees minus the shipping and handling and any custom fees within 5 business days. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 30 days of receiving any defective item. If the customer fails to meet the conditions above we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange. Shipping and Handling Our expert packing team has years of experience with shipping a wide range of electronic equipment worldwide. We will use foam, bubble wrap, peanuts, anti-static bags or whatever material is needed to ensure your item is properly protected during shipping. Furthermore, every item is insured to provide additional protection against shipping damage. This is done to ensure that your item will arrive in the exact condition listed in the ad. If there is a problem let us know and we will take care of it (see Warranty section for more information). Once packed your item will be shipped to the address listed on ebay. If a different address is requested please change your address with ebay. We will not ship to a different address other than the one listed on the ebay invoice.
