It’s in a weather proof rubber case. No cracks, it still has its clip for hooking to a belt, there’s a on ON-OFF switch on side. The cord is intact with no frays; it's complete and looks to be fully operational. AS IS AS SEEN AS FOUND and AS DESCRIBED.
