The soft bare annealed copper conductors conform to ASTM B-3 with Class B stranding per ASTM B-8 or ASTM B-496. It is approved for use in wet or dry locations, indoors or outdoors, aerially, and in conduits, ducts, cable trays, or direct burial in circuits of 600 volts or less. The cable is an affordable alternative to wire in conduit systems. The grounding conductor is soft bare annealed copper sized in accordance with NEC requirements. This cable product provides maximum protection against environmental factors. 2 connector number is 424MA07, the Rain Tight connector number is 416MC08, the armor diameter is 1.93 inches,. Its impervious armor shields the conductor against water, gas, and corrosive elements. It operates continuously up to 90В°C, emergency overload conditions of up to 130В°C, and short circuit conditions of up to 250В°C. This cable meets the requirements of CSA-C22.2 No. This cable is ideal for power, control, and lighting circuits in commercial and industrial applications, including mining, petroleum, and pulp and paper. The connectors include nickel-plated aluminum 424MA series for Explosion Proof, Class I Division 1 and nickel-plated brass 416MC series for Rain Tight. The insulation is cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) per ICEA S-95-658 and UL Standard 44 for Type XHHW-2 conductors. The insulation thickness is 65 mils, jacket thickness is 60 mils, and the ground wire size is 3-8 AWG. Its armor is impervious and continuously welded and corrugated aluminum. The Class 1 Div. The cable passes UL 1581 70,000 BTU/hr and ICEA 70,000 BTU/hr and 210,000 BTU/hr flame tests. The cable meets UL Standard 2225 for Type MC-HL and is suitable for Class I, Division I hazardous locations. It has a color code of ICEA Method 1, Table E-2 for 14 AWG - 10 AWG and ICEA Method 4 for 8 AWG - 750 kcmil. The cable has a size of 250 AWG/kcmil with three conductors and 37 strands. 0.3 and -40В°C cold impact test. The jacket is black, flame-retardant, and sunlight-resistant PVC.
