As the bottles were only used once they look practically brand new. I am unable to find flaws or marks on the bottle. There may be extremely small marks that i have not seen, but it is my opinion that the bottle is as close to new without actually being new.  The solution that was in the bottle is not dangerous as it was properly rinsed out.
