Molecular Sieve 4A 1/8” Balls Zeolite Desiccant   Handling and Storage:  Store in a dry location with relative humidity less than 90% to prevent re-absorption of water.  Opened packages should be resealed to prevent contamination.  Rotate stock and use oldest material first.    Nominal Pore Diameter: 4A Molecules Excluded: 4A effective diameter e.g. propane Base: Alumina Silicate Cation: Sodium Heat of Adsorption (Max): 1800 BTU/lb H2O Bulk Density (Minimum): Form Lb/Cu. Ft. Pellets 40.0 Beads 42.0 Mesh 40.0 Application: The preferred Molecular Sieve adsorbent for static dehydration in a closed gas or liquid system. It is used as a static desiccant in household refrigeration systems, in packaging of drugs, electronic components and perishable chemicals; and as a water scavenger in paint and plastic systems. Also used commercially in drying saturated hydrocarbon streams.
